Successful applicant needs to have sufficient stats and be active daily and do enough on torn to register you as active, just "logging in" doesn't work, i.e please train your e or fight with it and do your crimes actively each day. And rehab when you need to if you love xans as much as we do!
You are keeping your rackets from being infiltrated with your manpower "physical brute and strength" and money. RedBud is using his mental power and team work of fac members to use game mechanics within rules and regulations to keep his safe with a little extra layer, in essence I see it as the same game play just a different style per se. Different war tactics but tactics none the less and similar to friendly walls and war. And has been mentioned if anyone was keen enough to grab at it they could have found tactics and ways of still getting it.
