I'm just curious if renting is actually worth it. It seems that buying a PI and renting it only becomes profitable after 5 years so why rent? Why be a landlord? Or maybe a mansion becomes profitable sooner, I haven't calculated that.

I'm trying to see how I can get the minimum price of an item from the bazaar or the item market but using the API "https://api.torn.com/torn/:ID?selections=:SELECTIONS&key=:KEY" isn't helpful given it doesn't provide that information. I've looked through the other forum posts and they also don't actually say. If someone has a r/python/javascript solution that'd be great, though C and Java would also do.
I'm getting this issue with everyone. I'm not sure when but after a certain moment no person I attack shows up in my Events list. I still see my attacks in my faction page and I see that I've gained respect but in my personal Events page it doesn't show up anymore.

It seemed like it had worked for a few hours at some point but then it went back down. There's also been no announcements on it. I hope staff can say something official at some point.
To be safe, limit calls to 95 per minute and run the jobs on a time delay. That should allow you enough room for error in case anything happens. Good luck with the data acquirement.
Ditto, I tried the api.torn.com and it also said API Disabled so it must be the staff who've disabled it. I guess we just need to wait for an announcement.
I keep track on an excel spreadsheet of my deposits and withdrawals, it's a bit tedious but it seems to be the only way to keep track.
This one I call the "Fuk Me Up" and I reserve it for those broken hearted days where I want to forget I exist.

I mean this year's line up definitely trends to the younger demographic, so I guess that explains it. I don't recognize any of those bands except for Avenged Sevenfold.

This would pretty much be a dorm situation. But then what happens for upgrades. Expecting everyone to chip in seems somewhat difficult. Making it a shared lease would be more realistic. Everyone has to pay their part of the upkeep and if there are upgrades then the system itself demands everyone pays an even amount.

In general it seems that bazaar has the lowest price. I don't know if this trends holds for everything though, you're correct that we need to compare between item market and bazaar.
Yes, I handed in my key, and yes I put in a selection. But I understand my error now. I was putting the name of the item in, not the item id of it.
To help future others, this is where you can test an API call, https://api.torn.com/#.
In "try it!" go to the Torn API Input, enter your API key and go to "Torn", the last input box.
Leave ID empty and for Selections enter items, CTRL-F for the name of the item who's minimum price you want, remember the key of that dictionary that the item is in.
Go to the bar above, Item Market, and that's the input that Item ID requires.
