Thanks for the info. Alternatively , if you are poor like me u can use ecstasy before train to double happy and gym gain, as full EN CD is 5h u can takewcstasy before each train. It costs 75k only compared to Xanax which is 750k.
Also if I can afford method 4 I would test taking ecstazy before train to see what will happen
