How exactly does the prize money work for the lottery? I take it that its given out at 10 am tct since thats when the event pops up, but is the cheque automatically cashed after 24h like others? And is there a window if time where the winner has mug protection? Also about how much would you get from 2 bil if you had no merits in mugging?
This happens all the time. I take out some money to buy stuff and then I get mugged right as i do it- and i'm usually not even buying that expensive things. I was just buying a few wolverine plushies and then i get mugged for 850k out of the blue by someone i've never interacted with before.

I know there is a dog tag event on and i get attacked a lot, but this is normal. All the time i have instances where i take out money then suddenly i get mugged- and thats even when i've been online for a bit, so they aren't just attacking actives randomly (plus i almost never get mugged when im in torn when i don't have lots of $ on me)
I know there are certain job perks that allow you to see how much money, but I don't buy in to the fact that everyone seems to just get lucky and check out my cash on hand right after i take it out of my vault
