Meh recruitment are pretty much dead these days, most people that do hiring they do it themselves. If you have 1 percent chance to find these perfect candidate, what you need is just 1k mails to fill a 10 man psf, as an example.
A lot of people rather chose to buy their own company. Finding people to hold isn't easy, either they are active and will quickly buy out your stake, or not active you need to do all the hiring + directing. The most here simply means it is possible that exist people who cheated and have multis, like a boss group chat we have here have 200 directors, if there is 1 percent cheating there will be at least 2 people that is cheater. But they will obviously not let you know, so I am not so bald to claim there is 100 percent no foul play here, but the chance is very very small, like a very small percentage of people get fedded at monarch. If i would be very honest, most are holding others company or using borrowed funds.
