"Faction Premium Bonds" – A High-Stakes Investment & Reward System for Torn City

Concept:

Introduce Faction Premium Bonds, a risk-free investment system where faction members can deposit money into a shared pool for a chance to win massive cash prizes in regular draws—while still retaining their original investment.

How It Works:

1. Buying Bonds

   • Players invest $X million (scaling based on net worth) into their faction’s bond pool.

   • Each $1M = 1 Bond (or adjusted for balance).

   • Bonds remain active as long as the player stays in the faction.

2. Weekly Prize Draws

   • Every week, a randomized lottery selects winners from all active bonds.

   • Prizes could include:

     • Jackpot (0.1% chance): 10-100x your largest bond stake.

     • Major Prize (1% chance): 5x a random bond stake.

     • Consolation (10% chance): 2x a small bond stake.

   • Winners are announced in faction news or global Torn City lottery feed.
