Currently the war report only lists members who participated. I suggest that this report should include every faction member who was present for the war - much like chain reports do.
Any members who are zero would have the gray background (.bg-gray)

iOS 12.1 Safari I've noticed for the past several days that faction chat has not been updating and/or missing messages.
Yesterday Confirmed with my wife who also plays and she seemed to have all the messages.
Tried Torn app and all the messages were there.
Cleared cache cookies etc. no change.
Disabled and reenabled faction chat. New messages started appearing. Never saw older messages in Safari.
Today log into safari again. Latest messages was from 9:30. Checked Torn app there are more recent chats. Checked with my wife and her most recent message was from 23:08.
At first I was prepared to chalk it up to my phone but now it is also happening on her phone. Both using Safari.
