I was having a discussion with a friend that directs companies from time to time, we were wondering if it would be possible to implement a way to gain more trains per day, for the companies with more than 10 employees.
The idea would be companies over 10 employees able to earn more trains via the company ranking. The top 5 positions able to earn an additional 5 trains per day. This would allow directors to train all their employees or a bigger percentage of them. Even with companies with less than 10 employees, they would have more daily trains to throw employees.
This would add an incentive to directors to aim for the top 5 spots, they could sell more trains or entice more employees to join their company for extra trains. A little spice and excitement added to the rankings with perks that the employees and directors can both benefit from.

ill go to do a crime when I have enough to do the crime set Im on (4 atm) and as soon as I select crimes, the nerve bar depletes. I didnt even get to select the type of crime I want to do. So Im not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but its been occurring off and on for the past week. Definitely not happy about it. ?

two things i want to bring about here, since big messages dont seem to be getting through to you, ill highlight them for you.
1. where did we choose a side? if we had refused PT and then let insurgency through, yes, THAT wouldve been choosing. when we were threatened by one side that THEY would attack us if the OTHER went through (yeah, it wasnt a request, but an ultimatum, a threat), instead of A: letting one faction through and being attacked by others or B: closing up our borders entirely to remain neutral, we chose to close borders. THAT is what a neutral entity would do. we didnt take ORDERS, we chose self-preservation. we had also let PT through in the past, and to repay that favor, they beat our doors in when we decided to close up shop for BOTH sides. so when your in charge of a door, guy A is on one side, threatening to shoot you if you let guy B through, and guy B is threatening to shoot you if you let guy A through, which do you choose when all you want to do is go home to your family and not have anything to do with the door?
2. where are we claiming to be victims? we are presenting the facts, that were, to say the least, incomplete, in the newspaper. instead of having the slander be what the uninformed make their decisions on, we came forward to give our truths on the matter, since the reporter and the "source" was incompetent in that matter. the facts just so happen to present it in the light that we were attacked, unprovoked. are we demanding the community or the allies that YOU keep saying we have (looks around and digs through piles of paperwork...hmmm...no allies to be found and no requests either. does HE know more about our faction that WE do??) seek out retribution or trying to do anything else for that matter? nope. we just put the truth out there. sorry its not fitting to your fantasy or your assumption...is that it? are you upset that your ASSUMPTION was wrong and dont want to accept it? remember what happens to those that ASSUME.
now, instead of PT respecting our neutrality and moving around us, they CHOSE to attack us. did we seek out or let Insurg. through to attack PT? nope. so with these FACTS out there, how you can still try to stand with your points, im just not sure whether youre dense or maybe have selective reading. maybe you dont trust anyone and want to make up your own stories and stick to those. are you a flat earther? >.> i guess some people cant see the truth, even if it dangles in front of their face or if its shoved down their throats.
i truly wish you the best man, it seems you have issues, and i really hope you get those resolved. hopefully it doesnt affect other decisions you make in this game or irl.

hmm...there you go with your assumptions and accusations based on what? the vague statement MM had given you previously as a reason not to join...but did we join the other side? im fairly certain you can ask Insurgency and get the straight answer. but go ahead, live in your fantasy man, i get it, youre aching for some attention, gotta get your name out there a little in the recent events. do you want us to throw you a parade as well, oh thank Blunt, he brought some "light" to the mysterious situation that he evidently still knows NOTHING about...how do i KNOW you know NOTHING about it? because your information is WRONG. but cling to it man, post in here a bit more, i think youre becoming very popular.
to those that actually have a brain and can think for themselves, instead of following some baseless "source" or vague convo that happened weeks prior, im fairly certain you can see the truth here. we didnt HAVE to make this thread. however, as im sure you would like to do if your own faction was presented in such an unfavorable light on such baseless foundations, we wanted to set things straight. did we handle things less than perfect, why yes. are we claiming that we were bullied? no. we presented the history that led up to the situation and gave you every bit of our truth. we wanted neutrality and failed to achieve it. when our neutrality was ignored and PT tried to push their way through, we were bound to show them that with such disrespect, we would push back. we didnt hope to win, we didnt run to the forums to cry about the injustice, we didnt hire outside help, we didnt petition our supposed allies for help. instead, we simply stood our ground, and made the passage through our territory as unpleasant as we could. im proud of the delay we caused. did i hope for a more diplomatic solution, yes. did i want to keep our neutrality, absolutely. but we cant always get what we want, and we dont always react to situations in the most beneficial way.

all this complaining and coming onto this post that was created to straighten out the misinformation published in the newspaper from a supposed source in ViN, it really is starting to sound like someone is whining because he didnt get what he wanted. sounds like some high school drama, something like two girls fighting over the same guy and one of the girls trying to drop some dirt on the guy.
do you know anything about the terms of the agreements you so kindly keep highlighting, which btw is a completely VAGUE statement? this is what makes it sound like a sourpuss whining and trying to make someone look bad with his "evidence". "oh that guy has to be the murderer. why you ask, because he owns a knife! Hang him now." theres no evidence whatsoever to connect what youre trying to connect it to. so as trip said, sit down. ill be nicer about it though. :P
the agreement mentioned doesnt need to be discussed publicly, and its not due to wanting to forego presenting "evidence" in this ridiculously paper-thin case youre trying to piece together, but because that agreement had nothing to do with how we behaved upon being attacked. we wanted to remain completely neutral in this war, and when we told PT about wanting to be completely neutral, and not allow EITHER side through, well, thats what led to where we are now. simple as that.

agreed. actually i came here to post this very thing. maybe some minigame that we can play and compete for high scores, and if we get a high score, when we land we get +1000 happy or something for an hour.

nope. Not even getting to see the list of crimes before it depletes. The icon that says crimes, similar to the home icon and such. When I click that icon, the nerve depletes.
