Took a Xanax earlier, over 7 hr cool down but still only have 150 e... Restarted phone/app still only 150e. Haven't had this issue since I've started this game

I applied to a faction when I first joined like a moron and now I can’t apply to the one I want be because it says “Already sent an application to another faction”
they never replied or accepted me or anything so is this going to last forever or Can I cancel it?

Well I had 4 Xanax, took one, made me wait for the cool down without giving me the e. But I just checked and it said I still have 4 Xanax... So I took one and it worked. So idk, it just made me wait for the cool down for some reason
Vico. But it did say Xanax. Its gone now tho. I took a Xanax to stack for my chain tonight
I didn't have any Vivo. Just Xanax and weed. And I didnt take the weed
