As many of you know, when renting out properties for others, you get a message similar to this:
4ge3 has begun renting the Detached house (500 happiness) from you for $1,500 for 31 days.
I would like it so, like the persons name, the property is also hyperlinked. Clicking it will take you to that property, so you can make a note of the URL for when its time to put a property back on for rental.
The reason why I want this implemented is because some people, like myself, have got many pages of properties and if we could simply save the Url of the Property and note down when its due to putting back up for rental, it would be much easier than searching through many pages for a single property.
Feel free to ask any questions about this idea. I'll respond whenever I'm on. Any support will be much appreciated.
Hi, I want to buy 15 Xanax worth of empty blood bags. I would buy them off the market, but I'm in hospital at the moment. :( DM me with the best deal you can do if you're interested Cheers
Hi, Just wondering if anyone has put a post out saying which is the best option and why. I have crunched some numbers myself to see which is the best option and think that some people may find it beneficial for themselves. If there is already a good one out there, then I wont bother making a post. Otherwise, I'll make one with a calculator. Cheers
Cass, what you did was take a small comment with very little meaning and took its meaning to the extreme. The-Mage suggesting that one update would be better than a different one didn't in the slightest suggest that he wouldn't like and be grateful for any major update to come to Torn. And yet you took it to the extreme, calling him selfish and acting like he was implying that he wouldn't like any part of the update. The accusation was completely wrong, and comments like that can really annoy people, especially to whom it was directed to. I am more than happy to hear someones opinion on what updates should be added to a game, but to target someone and accuse them of being selfish based on a small post to which stating his opinion is so extreme is completely wrong and invalid. If we're to talk about stuff like this in faction chat, it wouldn't be the first time someone has said something and you've taken it to an extreme, when it wasn't meant in such a drastic way.
Please remember that different people have different opinions on what they would prefer to see in the game, and in what order they rank said updates in terms of importance. To call The-Mage selfish for suggesting that a decent warring system is of greater importance to him that a crimes update is completely unfair. He never said that a crime update wouldn't be good, or that it wouldn't have anything that he'd like in said update. To jump to a conclusion that he was suggesting that a crime update would be useless from his post, that only suggests that he'd prefer a warring system update first, is completely irrational.

Thats not entirely true. On a very basic level, the higher APR seems like the better choice. But when you consider that you are earning cash throughout the investment being in the bank, it isn't always the best option. For example, if I make $10 mill a week, which I think is a fair amount for the average, relatively active player, and they have 100 mil to bank, it can be more profitable to: Invest for 1 week, add the 10 mil profit to the investment, then invest for a further week that it is to invest for 2 weeks.
I haven't worked out everything yet, as I haven't had the time to, but there is a point in which it better to go for the highest APR, which is over a 500 mil investment
1st, put spare cash into bank investments, if you don't do already. Other than that, you can fly out and make 2-4 mil a day, depending on your activity and the perks your faction has.
You can buy stuff of the market that is going for quite cheap and put them in a bazaar for more. It might only seem like a small profit per item, but when you scale it up by buying in bulk, you can make some nice cash. I made 10 mil a few days a go doing so.
I'd suggest doing armed robbery - Thorough robbery until 25 nnb, then do steal virus until 30 nnb, then do arson. Attempting to do crimes before your capable is very detrimental to crime xp. Every failure sets you back, making it longer and longer until you do increase your nautical nerve
It is very highly not recommended, you most likely fail ever single time. That extra +12 you've got doesn't help towards success rates of crimes, just your nautical does. I'd keep to doing whatever until 25 nnb before attempting arson

Not particularly, if the faction is destroyed, then the current leader gains everything (cash and everything in barracks) unless you can join said faction and get yourself either leader position, or access to there bank, via the current leader giving you access, you can't get any of the cash
First of all, you're helping out the devs, who I think is safe to say that they aren't earning 10s of thousands of dollars a day, so they'd definitely appreciate it. In terms of how much cash, you can get a maxed pi for 1.6 bil(ish) , leaving you witg about 500 mil left. Is it fair to others? Some people in this game have 100s of billions, it doesn't really put anyone at any more of a disadvantage than they are currently at. The main question is, will it make the game boring for you? You're effectively going from 0 to everything very quickly, will that kill the fun for you?
You'll find that some small traders tend to buy things like plushies that are currently going a bit cheaper and sell them for more. Its small profit, but you can make millions a day when you buy in bulk. E.g. If you sell 1 plushies, with a profit margin of $100, you've made $100 🎉. But if you buy 100,000 items with an average profit margin of $100, youve made $10,000,000.
