You want big stat players that are steady activity, maintain their low addiction levels and put their personal merits into boosting your company to 10*... you gotta pay premium for that.
It has come to my attention that the vast majority of committee members are concentrated within a selection of a few factions! This clearly demonstrates a concentration and monopoly of power and information that should not be tolerated! Multiple members from the same few factions should not be tolerated! We are not a monarchy of Torn! I feel a re-distribution is in order to better represent the people of the city! There are only 40 members in the committee and they should not be representing only the few top factions!

How does it work exactly? I recently had a few attacks against me where I believe I only deflected 1 temp despite having an 82% Home Run hammer equipped. In these attacks, I had multiple attackers against me at once.
