It's not a bad offer. I wish this offer would have existed back when I was making my HJs. That being said, it's only worth it, if you are actually joining for the 100% eDVD bonus and make 2-3 happy jumps per week.
At 3 HJs/week:

if you want me to place your Bounties for you (even non-stop), I will gladly do it.
The price structure is:
[Bounty size + 50%] + [50% anon fee] + [my fee per slot]
Or simplified: [Bounty size] * 2 + my fee
My fee is:
Amount of Bounties Price per Bounty 1 – 5 200k each 6 – 10 185k each 11 – 49 175k each 50 or more 150k each
Example for 20 bounties with the bounty size of 300k:
(20*300k*2) + (20*175k) = 12m + 3.5m = 15.5m
I will use the bounty reason you tell me to, as long it doesn't break any rules.
I won't tell anybody that you paid me to bounty them. I don't give a f**k about them coming after me.

I always thought Tarelli is spamming bullshit in the forums with overpaying blahblah... until I tried it with my LM. Some people with 300k+ stats are seriously happy with 1m/d. I could most likely have gotten people to work for less, but I felt bad for offering less... Hell, sometimes I rounded the salary up, just because I felt it was too little.goals for themself and try to reach them asap... so they need to maximize their income... they will compare offers/benefits and so on... but those employees you find outside of the forums/trade chat, are often cheaper and more reliable... often they don't even take drugs (and look like they are multis).
