Any guesses? It's in the misc section or else I'd guess at making 69 damage in a single hit. I've tried sending $69, $420, $69,420 cash just in case but no luck so far. Anyone have any other ideas?
(also, I agree. like many, I lost my old HRG BB but can see the positives in this change and do think people will grow to like it once they get over the fact that old BB =/= new BB)
If you really want, you could write a script that hit the honors/medals API endpoint every X time period, compare the old and new arrays, alerting you if there's a change since the last check. It wouldn't necessarily be specific to crimes merits but I don't see any others being added, and worst case scenario you're alerted that there's a new merit to chase regardless.
Yes there is a separate environment used for dev/testing. Huge companies consistently test large changes in both test and prod environments. It is not at all uncommon for anyone who is familiar with software development lifecycles.
You've just confused the difference between early access, and test/QA.
This is a good point, something worth more consideration. You can use NPC fights to work on a multitude of merits which can be beneficial to players of pretty much any level. I wouldn't recommend pouring all your E into NPC fights, but they're also more valuable than just the loot.
Getting the bachelor for these courses would be my top picks too, along with Intro to Biology so you can complete the Intravenous Therapy course, unlocking blood bags. Later on, you'll want to complete the bachelor so you can use needles. I'd say they're the "essentials" that everyone can benefit from.
Outside of that, it depends on your own priorities. If you want to run a company, obviously Business is the way to go.There's a ton of passive stat boosts spread across multiple education areas that you could aim for, they make little difference in early game but become more beneficial later in the game so unlocking them early could be useful. I like the Psychology bachelor bonus also, 10% increase in crime success rate.
It's a leftover from an old competition called Torn of the Dead. There's some info on the competition here, but it was before my time so I'm not sure how accurate it is; https://tcbasic.com/torn-of-the-dead-event/
