Tainty.
A green haired delinquent with bad taste in tattoos and a worse taste in fashion. He makes up for it by making instant coffee taste good, and being happy to shoot people in the face.
Hailing from the dingy inner cities of the UK, he started his adult life as a strong proponent of the punk lifestyle (Sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll... plus muggings, twocking, armed robberies, y'know; the usual). England is alright, but it rains all the time, and people started to cotton on to the green haired bandit of Birmingham, or as the local paper once called him, Johnny Snotton. So, he left. Kept a copy of that paper, though.
Taint arrived in the USA after what he describes as "The best ****en' kayak trip of my life!" and decided to stay, partially because the booze is cheaper, and partially because he misplaced his canoe.
As someone who has only ever been sort of good at crime, and shit at anything else, he found he settled into Torn City rather well. Now he spends most of his time robbing people, street racing, and shotting gin (sometimes all at once).
Despite his generally apathetic outlook in life (which he describes as "Having a bad case of the ****'ems, innit", he does have his good moments; he once escaped from the cops driving a van packed to the roof with (stolen) pills... on the other hand, he also once accidentally drove a Mercedes (also stolen) into a swimming pool (the pool was also, somehow, stolen).
I was just about to post this. f**king cleared all my junk last night when I saw that tooltip, specifically because it says "aren't intended to serve any purpose in the future". My assumption was these junk items were only added to provide an alternate to getting cash payouts from crimes, to make crimes more diverse. Now the paper says that some of the crap might actually be useful? What a f**king joke.

This is a great faction. A friendly and supportive bunch for those into that, but if you're a quieter type, there's no pressure to get involved on that level. Generally, as long as you're willing to Chain and aren't an asshole, you'll do well here, regardless of anything else.
