I would like to participate this year...thanks to those who assist in facilitating this event.

I just know that many have a lot of extra shopping, presents to wrap and deliver and travelling to arrange as well and that is on top of their normal routine. I personally help out with toy drives and some community events so i was thinking just about the time constraints that others may have at this time too....I was glad to see that maybe admin will consider switching to another time like Baxia mentioned

I agree Avery....December is not conducive to optimum participation availability imo.

Well that is good news as many I spoke to were unaware of this. It's just a shame that they planned it's reintroduction at such a busy time this year. I do hope many will try and participate as it is a fun event and the newer players can try and accommodate their schedules to gain Elimination experience.....:))

Hello everyone,

I am glad that Elimination is back but the timing of it on the calendar is detrimental. There are a few sporadic events throughout the year and they chose to put Elimination right before the Christmas Town. Why???? This is one of the busiest times for people as it is year end (for businesses).so extra work load for working people....many trying to get ready for the Christmas season and I don't think this event being jammed in before Christmas will result in the best participation. Why couldn't it be scheduled for a better time when more people could spend the time needed for Elimination success.  There are many months with little to no events....I really believe there is a better time for this cool event.

I have been doing missions for years and they are very repetitive. Occasionally a book would pop up but for over a year now no books have spawned in the mission section. Since they added the mission stocks the mission items offered have not improved....since they are making changes to so many areas that were fine before why can't they upgrade some of the stagnating areas of Torn....Missions and Education being the 2 areas that have been neglected. How about some upgrades to these sectors?

I am sure many Torn participants would greatly appreciate better event timing and improvements to the areas that Torn has ignored for many years. I would love to hear what others think about these topics......thanks for taking the time to read this post.....:))

I looked up the meaning of Chedburn in the Urban dictionary and the explanation was "A term referring to poor management and paying no attention to your customers and is particularly true when referring to online games where the name first got its meaning."

Thank you all for the information. That was not clear and when he saw that both cans were being depleted and he had just added one new one he assumed it was using 2 cans simultaneously. He also assumed that adding a can to an area (although the same color) meant he was using 2 seperate cans. I have informed him of the circumstance and he now understands. Thanks again everyone.

One of my members was doing the vandalism and had the same color paint cans designated for 2 seperate areas. He noticed that when he was doing crimes it was depleting both cans at the same rate. This should not happen. Just because he chose the same color he had to use 2 individual cans from his items. It's not like you can designate one can for all areas. I did tell him to switch out one of the similar colors and then the depletion of both areas stopped. It is something that a few may fail to notice and should be addressed. Thanks.

Also sometimes you earn a merit and it does not show right away so I found if you click on the merit icon nest to your events icon then you get awarded the merit immediately.
