Absolute S Tier Rifle. This unit has 103.16 base damage with the specialist perk and then will tear your opponents armor to shreds with the additional 33% Penetrate. Paired with PI rounds you will slice through their armor like butter. 

Extended mags and Maths edu will bring your ROF down to 2-4 ensuring this weapon is as usable as it is good looking.

I dont have anything to add (nor have I read this whole post.) but the market changes have largely led me to 90% quit the game.

I'm very aware of this. However it is a deciding factor in my continued participation and personal investment in the game. 

Plain and simple I am able to voice my opinions in the forums just like everyone else. And unlike many, I'm not attacking staff directly. I think the majority agreee - f**k cheaters. Thats all.

Just to add yet another voice to the rabble. 

The handling of this situation. The inconsistency, seemingly excessive leniency, and frankly - lack of other feddings in what is absolutely a widespread issue has really hit my confidence in the integrity of the systems in place to ensure there's a level playing field for the citizens of Torn. 

I am not alone.
