Currently when you receive an event notice for a race you have participated in it does not include your overall time for the race. It would be useful to be able to track your best overall times using the event notices rather than always having to open up the link to the race and find the info.
I'd like to see the overall time added to each event notice for an official race that we receive like this:
You came xx in the yy race and have received z racing points! Your best lap was xx:xx:xx and your overall time was xx:xx:xx.
And if your overall time was a personal best this should be included also like this:
You came xx in the yy race and have received z racing points! Your best lap was xx:xx:xx and your overall time was xx:xx:xx beating your previous best overall time of xx:xx:xx: by xx:xx.
Also I think it would be great to add a tab to the Race Statistics page that would show the Best Overall Times, personally and by class and globally for official races on each type of track. It's possible that the overall record holders would not necessarily be the same as the lap record holders and this would add a bit more spice and competition to the Racing stats page.
I've been participating in the URT regularly for the last six years and it's now so popular that for the first year ever I'm only able to enter about every second race despite there being 300 spots available every hour. Amazing!! Will keep trying of course.
