Since the actual game effects of the ill gotten booty (or ill booten gotty) are massively widespread and long embedded, the game should be reset to 2016. It's the only way to make sure the effects of the nefarious KK (and the other dude) are completely expunged. Of course tons of people would rage quit and it would be a huge shitshow, but it would sanctify the game. The only reason I say this is because I'm comparatively super new and have very little to lose. If I'd been playing since 2016 I'd probably punch myself in the face for suggesting it.

Game allows login, but after pushing continue on the next screen it goes to the settings screen and won't allow you to go back to Torn. Logout button works, clear cache works, report bug doesn't.

It IS an interesting dichotomy though, encouraging players to cheat amongst themselves, yet getting all triggered when they try to cheat the game itself. The general attitude of the game may play some role in the muted swinging of the ban hammer, imo.
