From what i understand he doesn't mean to have the icons check for relations between players but simply:
- if a player has it so anybody can revive him, the hosped icon is Red to everyone,
- if it's any of the other 2 options, the icon is Blue to everyone
It would still be settable from the preferences tab of our hypothetical hosped player, just like the bazaar icon.

For the people holding at level 49, why are you doing it?
I've heard a few opinions but I'm much curious

I'm having an issue on both my home PC and my work PC where i can't chat, and neither of the 3 blue tabs load.
No issue on mobile. (See screenshots)
I've tried unlogging from all devices, clearing my cache, and logging back in to no avail.
Windows 10 on both PCs and my cellphone is a Samsung Galaxy A8, if that's of any help
I haven't tried logging onto a 3rd computer yet

Notice none of the blue tabs load and chat tabs don't appear
Going to the mobile version of the website doesn't seem to be available either. ^
Notice everything working fine on mobile:
Would work well if i went to the PC version on my cellphone too. v

first ones to pop in my mind are like 'sfak' for small first aid kit, 'fak' for the normal one.

I suppose it would be 3x50 but as Harley said, the numbers you see are just variables in the lot of numbers you don't see.
