I remember what he looks like but I can't for the life of me find his name or what movie he's from or a picture of him.
He's real small. He wears a tophat and carries a cane. I think he might wear a suit? (I think it was White with a rose in the breast pocket) And I think he wears a plague mask or has a kind of square face(Phineas & Ferb type) I believe he plays a companion type character to the main character and if I remember right he had a pet raven. I think the movie (or it might have been a show) was set in an apocalypse(might be wrong) and he was some sort of business guy or something.
Please if anyone knows who I'm talking about let me know because it's driving me crazy, it's been so long since I've seen the thing he's from it's become fuzzy so I'm sorry for any mistakes in my description of him.
