The game in general is rigged to favor the house. Torn's blackjack is the exact same. You are using a strategy of increasing bets to win back your money on an eventual win, plus some profit. This is just as much "rigging" it in your favor as the rules of the game rig it in favor of the house.
BTW, when looking at your stats, under each column are your stats as of last week not during. So as of last week, you had only taken 4 LSD, not you have taken 4 in the last week.
