Starting from the bottom is difficult. I had to make offers like bonus pay for reaching star levels. Bonus pay for replying to a message I send in company chat within a certain time and giving out bonus gifts for replying to company messages. I also had to over pay just to get them. My starting pay was $40k for low stats players and $70k for players who met the stats requirements. I also suggest getting on torn stats. It's helped me with my company. Hope this helps and hope you all do well.

If I rent a PI without an airstrip, can I upgrade the PI to have one?

I'm not following you. Will you elaborate?
So you're cool with someone hiring another faction or a fiction's family taking out your factions top players? You can get someone to take out your top players just before the war starts and ED wouldn't matter. The first few hours are critical. Tactics and preparations wouldn't be eliminated. ED only kicks in after so many hits right? It's enough to cause top players to use up med cooldown and yes you can hire a revive faction but I like to see how I stack up in a one on one.
Rank warring still have too many ways to be exploited. Find a way to make it were there are no outside interferences from players not in the warring factions and eliminate factions hospitalizing their own members during warring.
So if RS only plays a certain percentage in determining the race, can't the same be applied for car XP?

Yeah I went for a price that would make me think do I really need it and if yes then it wouldn't be too hard to get. If it's something outrageous, I don't think many would commit to buying it.
Why not allow the buying and selling of stock in flight if you own a PDA? Create a new one for maybe $50 mill?
