SO! this turned into a very educational (though not always constructive (: ) conversation, at least from my point of view. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who put some thoughts on paper. Unfortunately, I severely underestimated what it would take to get the company running and how much the ease of running a company depended on your education, so I ended up canning the idea for in the future when I have a better "nest egg" to throw at it. So I recently was able to acquire a cyber cafe for cheap that had some upgrades to it and now I am faced with the task of getting Employees and figuring out there pay.
And looking at all the job offers in Trade chat, there seems to be a little rhyme or reason to the pay but its all for companies that are 7+ stars. so my question is this:
for a 1star Cyber Cafe how would one go about figuring out what pay to offer?

Alright here's one for you cause I'm at the end of any google search I can find and the code from the "official torn wiki" is not helping. how can someone set a background image for their faction page and still be able to type in the faction editor to change text and add links? OR how does one set an image as a link?
