There's a difference from what's legal for a military soldier and what they are trained to do. Soldiers are trained to follow orders. Soldiers are not trained to know what's lawful or unlawful. The military is not in business of giving unlawful orders. This is the problem with this whole thing lol.

If you were ever in the military maybe you would understand.... obviously soldiers are allowed to disobey unlawful orders. I dont think anyone is questioning that. That being said soldiers are trained to obey orders not question them. Why is that so hard to understand?

I did my 4 years in the army. Maybe others had different experiences but its not a good thing when people start telling soldiers when they can start disobeying orders. That's how you end up dead.
