A grace phase after a person is hospitalized so many times or bs bounty after bounty. Makes the game hard to play when someone is CONSTANTLY in the hospital
I am new to this game so forgive me of this doesn't already exist. I think it would be interesting to add in official cities with government officials via senators, congressmen, lobbyists etc. This could add in a whole different aspect of rp for Tor as well as give players a little more selection on what type of character they want to be. Corruption would definitely come into play. Some aspects could be could be elections (factions strongarming people into voting for who they want). I am all for the current setup but this could bring in more variety of players looking for a little more rp. Just an idea. Throw in some organized hits on government officials, smaller committees that answer up to the bigger ones and so on.
I like being able to have that rank that is dependent on your activity. But I think it would be pretty nice to make your own custom rank. To further advertise to people who you are ( for ex. Bazaar owner, debt collector, real estate etc.) Of course people do all of those. I think it would just add a little more legitimacy to your character and how you want to play.

I understand that the addiction does balance things out when it comes to taking drugs. I just think adding rehab with the right amount of time and cost would be fun and not so detrimental to stats when you are addicted
