Using pre- and post-special visits to the fortune teller, this post echoes the sentiment above -- it's just not worth the job points: "Yeah, you're not reading that wrong. That is 100 job points to gain 3% of a level at level 17. So assuming you are in a 10* company, that is 0.3% of a level every day, or approximately 333 day worth of job points for a single level up."
Definitely not the fastest to hit the 1b mark, but I'm happy with this early-game milestone regardless :)
