How much do dual weapons go for nowadays? As well, how were you supposed to get Dual Weapons when they first came out? Was there some special event or did Ched personally give it out?
on torn wiki and torn basic it both says that the education block benefits are Constant Effect: Free Education courses" but some people are saying that it gives a 10% percent time reduction on education. which one is it??

I visited the forums today just before I was gonna go to sleep, in which I stumble upon Jstizzy's master plan which was probably fueled by cocaine and/or vodka. Torn's an interesting place, and Jstizzy is another kind of interesting, not the kind that makes you curious, but the kind that makes you interested in what mental state a human has to be in to go on a rant/whatever the hell he posted. But hey, what do I know.
