When fighting Brock
Geodude:
- Start by using Butterfree's stun spore
- when Geodude is paralyzed use tackle. If he becomes unparalyzed use stun spore again
- If Butterfree's life gets low (like 33hp) use potion when Geodude is still paralyzed
- You don't need to finish the fight will full life because Onix is going to slap Butterfree into the next metaverse after your first turn
Onix
- With Butterfree still equiped use tackle (RIP butterfree)
- Rattata will be next up. Use tackle.
- If Onix starts absorbing (will say ABS above Onix's life bar) damage use potion. If done correctly Onix will deal 0 damage when he attacks.
- Keep alternating between tackle and potion (potion when onix is absorbing damage, or if your life gets too low).
- you shouldn't need Pikachu but if you mess up with Rattata do the exact same thing with Pikachu
