Never have I ever played this game before
I'm not a long-time trader or investor but hoarding will only artificially increase the price for a short period of time. An increase in supply along with an increase in suppliers will naturally cause a fall in price. It's the same thing as someone buying up all the fhcs worth 11.9 mill to 12.5 mill. Sure, the price might go back up for a day but eventually due to the large supply, players on the market will eventually undercut each other to get their fhcs sold bringing the price back to normal. It's not a great long-term solution unless ''everyone'' hoards for a long period of time but when they all decide to sell, competition will naturally lower prices.
Buying most stuff around Market Price or Higher, everything is negotiable meaning that I can go higher than the prices I provide.
e.g. these are just example prices I will usually always buy at. The prices I accept may sometimes fluctuate due to changing market prices.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how ''market value'' for an item for a day is calculated. Is it like an average price for all the items bought for a day or is like an average price for all items listed for a day and if this is true, what happens to the market value if nobody buys or lists an item for a day.
Congrats to IBB for winning the war and also rum for having the guts to take all those bets xD

Ye I feel like ELT may or may not pay off in the long run. It keeps hitting around 170 and then dropping to 160 (up and down, up and down) so I guess if you catch the low and sell it high its still short-term profit. There's a possibility it may go back to it's former glory i.e. to the 200s but it may just continue staying low who knows. As for SYM, I think its peaking or close to its peak but it could reach a new high. Personally, I would not buy SYM right now unless your looking for passive investments (one of the best if not the best after 2 bill bank). SYM was 716 10 days ago and now it's 777 and still growing, again personally I would sell it now if I bought it at the low point but it's still a good passive investment no matter the price.

Update:
Grain which hit a recent low of 210 has rebounded to 226 (5.75% increase from yesterday). Similarly, ELT which hit a recent low of 160 has jumped to 168 (5.22% increase from yesterday). ELT has the potential to get back to the 200s but depends on how long your willing to hold the share.

My stats aren't much better than a new players (came back from 2 years of inactivity). However, I'm planning to be extremely active and have enough money to do a 99k happy jump every 2 days as long as I can find a faction with a high booster cooldown bonus. Hence, I'm looking for a faction with high/max voracity.
Thanks,
Aurora

Well its reached 160 now, might be a good long-term investment. Real question is if this is lowest dip yet.

Got a fhc from a 10 mill box xD
Good Trader, R+
Not really a newbie but quit for 2 years and just came back, my stats say it all xD. I want the parcel because I have no weapons or armor, also recently started getting into trading so any extra items can be sold and help me build my networth.

The anime you listed are some pretty good classics. I'd recommend No Game No Life, Hunter X Hunter and Demon Slayer for adventure/fantasy and Death Note and Steins;Gate for mystery/thriller. If you have time though, you should try out the Monogatari series, its really long but its quite worthwhile.
