After assaulting the territory ENB at the time held by the Black Lions:

The Black Lions decided to give us the territory and asked us to not attack their members.

After some time we received the event notification below:

12:01:15 28/10/19The Railroad has claimed sovereignty over ENB after Black Lions was destroyed

After the faction destroyed themselves and supposedly handed the territory over to us they all then subsequently joined:

Philippine Republic - 42340 and retained the territory ENB under their new faction. Whether this is an abuse of a bug or not is not up to me to decide.

This bug has affected at least two other factions as below:

To further explain on what MindDesigner said:

if we've claimed 'sovereignty' over a territory during an assault because a faction destroys it's self on purpose the territory should go to the assaulting faction not back to the free territory pool. Otherwise a lowbie faction can keep a territory indefinitely if they're happy to keep destroying factions when they get assaulted just by waiting for the other faction to be idle/inactive to pick the time to destroy themselves and watch for the territory to become freed up.

Hmm, the one before this image actually gave 3 nerve and this one has now given me 4 nerve. I thought it should be giving 5 x the base 1 nerve increase?

Hired Gun Merit did not trigger on 25/25 bounties · · 0 likes


The Hired Gun medal / merit did not trigger, I actually had 28/25 bounties completed:

It was only awarded > an hour after actually acquiring the 25+ bounties and only after navigating to the medals tab:

To further explain on what MindDesigner said:

Or is the nerve increase actually lower than 1 at times similar to glass of beer but with its higher multiplier?
