I've hit my opponent on turn 1 with an eviscerate blunderbuss (attack log) but the eviscerate bonus didn't seem to trigger.

On this other occasion (attack log) it worked fine.

Factions allying with others to manipulate the map, setting up "fake walls" during territorial wars or proxying for rackets? sure that's okay.
A user-generated economy for items? that's brilliant

rig a rank war to split cache rewards? NOOO that's anti-competitive and any faction doing so will be banned from participating in any further ranked war.
