It pretty much speaks for itself. Yes the fire rate has a huge range, this will be compensated for by attaching extra mags.
The weapon is in my display. This is a great weapon to pass around in factions, PERFECT for dex builds.
Personally, I paired with wither, and motivate and i was batting way out of my league during wars. This weapon will be much more deadly in the hands of people stronger than myself.

Example 2 - Stealing 50% of a faction's money/ Stealing a player's random stock. Should be close to impossible odds, and with harsh punishments.
^ i know its just an example but this is real extreme (as is most of what is suggested in this thread, high risk*sorta* very high reward). imagine someone stealing 50% of your factions money, the people with money in it possibly could be so demoralized that a game they have played for years is no longer fun. I mean you could forego one day a month in this fed jail consequence you propose for a chance to complete decimate the morale of a player or faction of players. in this example the risk doesnt much match reward even if the chance of success is stupid low, - theres still a chance. You have to think about the ripple effect. If you knew there was a chance of your money being stolen by one person, you would have that qualitative level of risk in weather or not you would put your money in the faction bank. NOW multiply that by orders of magnitude because 4 factions decided to all unite and now 400 people are once a month trying to drain 50% of a factions moneyand all they have to sacrifice would be a day. it just wouldnt work.
I can appreciate your creative thought processes flowing but i am sure that the team has thought of these things and run them through the gauntlet of "what if's". There is a reason plenty of people play this game for YEARS and some have been playing 15+ years. the devs know what they are doing. which is why i support them as much as i can.
I found this game from an ad playing some dinky mobile game while in a brain injury facility in texas. It has been the game i have played longest through the years, i got my gf to play it with me when we were long distance and it has just been a thing to return to everyday for us. We joke while out in public like “oh i have to go take a xanax!”And “ Are you STILL stealing jackets for crimes?”. Its golden.
