the final perk for companies being 10* feels inconsistent to me, the perks are all available at 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, so i feel like for consistency they should all be odd star values. 10* still provides extra trains and job points so it would still be better than 9, but it would open up more companies to have the final perk available especially for the highly competitive companies, like AN or lingerie for example. not all companies have a competitive final perk, like candle shop, that fine line between 9* and 10* in the competitive companies can often be even a few thousand dollars which causes alot of blame/shame on employees that have even very small addiction values or directors having crazy requirements about rehab and stat requirements.
Note that a 10* company still would provide 11% more job points and trains per day compared to 9* so it would still be favorable to be in a 10* just not as "feast or famine" where 9* sucks ass and 10* is amazing
I have a concept idea I would like to share that could help solve the outside hits issue in territory wars, and hopefully that will pave the way to a proper ranked war system where you can 1v1. First off let me get started by saying I love the new medical item changes and also understand the place of the revive changes, it is now set up like most other things in this game with a hard cap per day and a majority is free/cheap (like natural regen then drugs) and the extra little bit at the end is expensive (boosters) the meds and revives are now lining up with this.
As we all understand the dev teams biggest struggle is outside hits, how to deal with them, and how to prevent people from exploiting exactly what an outside hit is. This is because with the new hard cap on the limit of times you can resurrect per day there simply has to be a solution and I have an idea. If there was a separate "warzone" area that you had to travel to to participate in the wall, which like traveling abroad would lock out certain tasks such as any incoming or outgoing attacks to any1 that is not in the warzone and in a territory dispute with you. I cannot foresee all the exploitations that may arise with such a system, but i would suggest a short delay to get in and out, no trading, bazaar closed, as well as possibly another cooldown when coming out and going back into the warzone.
This really is mostly a start up idea, trying to figure out a way to shield people in war from outside hits and avoiding exploitation is a hard balance to find but it could also open up more opportunities for participation as well. The warzone itself could have other activities or ways to gain points.
There is a lot of random ideas and ranting i could have here but i will stop for now, as I think the basic part of the idea is most important to make a territory dispute be about the people on that territory, or at least next to it, to fight over not a bounty etc.
POST RW ADDITION/EDIT: After having ranked wars added in, this could easily be part of that as well to prevent outside interference(unless you can somehow manage to get your faction family to territory war your ranked war foe) with the warzone being an area you have little/no access to anything except warring in the TT/RW. Have a short delay when going in/out and probably close bazaars and trades to prevent it being used to safe trade.
When in a ranked war, require a minimum of 50%(feel free to suggest a different value, maybe 30% is more appropriate) of the faction being in the war zone, so they have to manually self hosp if "turtling" which people going away for hours could "hide" in regular torn. Doing this would also help a little bit with the "noob filled" farming factions that just recruit noobs that hide via discharge, and play 100% normal otherwise, this forces a larger portion of the roster to participate in war and nothing else. You could also remove the discharge, because anyone "hiding in torn" could make non-war hits for the chain or be affected by non-war hit foes, including those against your RW foe if theyre out of the warzone is no-score. you would also need to be able to move in and out of the warzone from the hospital so no1 is stuck in or out.
Im not certain all the interactions that you would want to limit in/out of the warzone, but i do think that something has to be done about warring in general to make it actually about a faction vs a faction, not who has more friends(neighbors who can declare is different, fine, and good IMO) or who has more money to pay mercs.
TLDR: Lock anyone who wants to war in a separate place where only "inside hits" can attack them and block out things like trading to prevent exploits. Allow players to move in and out of the warzone like traveling so they can resupply or sleep. 2v1 is still viable if you can multi declare a faction or RW + TT war at once.
except the part i showed proof we voted on jumping off map to assault tiles, we were giving them to SA when we left the area because we (were) good friends so why wouldnt we leave you guys with our abandoned tiles, then you didnt show any proof we thought we could/would keep the tile (ie fake walls, attempted deals etc)

most common in the game because the meta makers(and the guides they write) say its the best, even if youre top 1000 you arent exclusively hitting top 1000 people, you are going to be hitting a range of players, so what i said was what i meant, assault is going to be the most common armor almost anyone in the game faces, im not trying to pull out 1 guy who only hits 1 other guy in orange armor and take that as "see now against my rival i was nerfed so this is worse" because like i said originally, the average damage over time is likely to be higher than it was before for almost every single player in the game
also if youre top 1000 hitting too much below, sorry having a 10% damage nerf did not hurt you at all so that is an invalid point

side note im not even close to top 1000 and im in orange, i beat people who are top 1000 in combat armor and see people under 1b in EoD so i dont really think theres a stat range that you can really say this affected more or less than others, the AVERAGE person is in assault
you can look up the number of items in circulation if you would like, but assault is the clear leader and there are ~3x as many assault sets as all orange + eod combined, thats what most common means
