Asking out of curiosity here. A friend of mine just used 1000 army points to get 180,000 dexterity. We have both been playing for only 300 days and have only about 7k to 8k in each stat. Is this a bug or is this just Torn. I feel its not too normal to save 100 days of points to get over 2,000x the amount of stat you had.

The same person put 24 - 29 bounties on me over a weeks period. Can there be a sort of monthly limit to bounties on the same person or something as he is 58 levels higher than me i cannot fight back and as i am level 14 i don't have a means of escape as flying is level 15.

Yasen. I appreciate the tips and thank you for understanding the situation I was in. If it happens again i am now better prepared and can give these tips to anyone else who may be in a similiar situation. Thank you for being one of the most understanding replies here.
I know i kinda missed the timing but he started putting bounties on me so I messaged him asking him why. He responded with another bounty. I asked him if he enjoys doing this to low levels who can't fight back ( level 14 at the time ). He responded with a stack of bounties. I tell him that this griefing is getting ridiculous. More bounties. Chat blocks me and spams bounties for next few weeks. Thats my point though why could I put thousands of bounties on you if you have barely any money in the bank and no faction to back you up. I get that there are guides and this has stopped ( Thankfully ) but most guides would work for people who can travel or continuously purchase medical supplies. Low levels can't afford to maintain either.
You are all far higher levels and can probably make millions in a day while at the time I was barely scraping 100k a day at best and with costs of morphine and first aid kits or opium all of which i would need lots of during the day it was impossible to fight back.
