Give renters and landlords a 24hr window to renew their rental agreement before it expires so renters don’t lose their happy.

Edit: To add, basically some type of event/option needs to be added to expiring leases to give landlords the option to offer an extension of the lease up to 100 days so the renter doesn’t lose their happy.

Just noticed cash on hand isn't updating live. This a bug/new feature/something entirely else?

For instance, cash was $0, did some arsons, that page kept my money at $0 until it was refreshed.

Small add to this. Looks like NOTHING is updating live when you're on that page. Nerve/E/Money aren't updating on a page until it is refreshed.

Quite literally as the picture shows (or, if accepted as a suggestion, however you all deem necessary). I know some people get carried away in the forums and don't see/view their flight time remaining. I think it would be beneficial for those of us that read the forums a bit, but not necessarily game-changing either.

How in the hell is a 3rd person getting punished for not winning a buymug?!?? I'm all for buymugging, RR mugging, and anything else related to mugging. However, there isn't "extra risk" just because someone is negative cash on hand. That's ALWAYS a risk regardless of who you're mugging. Is this mug target a repeat bookie offender? If so, then they should be fedded/permabanned as they're ruining the game for others. But that doesn't "punish" a 3rd person...
