Several years ago I used to co-own a pizzeria. The most unusual order I ever received was for a ravioli, banana pepper, black olive, and peanut pizza. Since we had a reputation for making any kind of pizza (within reason), I made it for them. The customer picked it up, and called us about a half hour later and said it was the best pizza they had ever had. I guess there is no accounting for taste.

Here is one that I learned from my grandmother years ago.
Chocolate Gravy
3 cups milk 1.5 cups sugar 6 tablespoons cocoa (more or less, according to taste) 4 tablespoons flour Dash of salt 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon vanilla
Combine all dry ingredients and set aside. Heat the milk in a medium saucepan until just about boiling. Slowly add the dry ingredient mixture, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook until desired thickness is reached. Remove from heat, and stir in the butter and vanilla. Allow to cool five minutes (the mixture will thicken) and serve with biscuits.
1.) New York City. There are several areas that would make for interesting missions and exploration.
2.) China. It would be interesting to see things from another perspective. My personal theory is that Vault-Tec was feeding both sides of the war, but things spiraled out of control too quickly, and the Great War started before they were fully prepared.
