I restock everyday and got stuck at 8*. The 10* stores told me to stop selling high quantities of the cheaper stuff and mark everything way up and over-advertise. There are 10* stores selling 3 million a day but paying 10 mill a day in advertising. I think it is broken, and they go backwards and charge their people for trains to make up the losses. I did weekly profit sharing and like many others I sell through 50% of my inventory daily. I am just now trying the mark things up more and advertise more. It seems silly, but is that the only way to climb in a lingerie store past 8*?
I rented an Island with in airport. I did a bunch of smuggle runs and traded almost exclusively with Unique for over $600,000,000 a little at a time until I bought my own PI with an airport on the market.
I still trade with Unique. Fair prices, no mugs, and fast service.
Racing all depends on who the other 5 are. I have picked up a few lucky wins in each class. I was shocked that I was winning in the top class right away in my Lamborghini, but that was short lived. I have gone a long time without winning a race now as well. It is random who you race against, so good luck.

I have tried refreshing the same page 25 times. Searching the city map. Looking at people's profiles. I looked at every link in the city map, and every product page. I have looked in all the guide pages. I have only found one egg and it was a pink egg on my very own profile/stats page. So guessing it is very random and not even tied to how much activity you do or don't do?
