fake-wings: forum

Nearly 100 days in this faction and really, everyone has been lovely

So we know that The Chronicle got leaked today but what I love the most is actually finding the inconsistencies or (figurative) easter eggs in the Chronicles itself. I can't scrutinize it too crazy yet because it's past midnight where I am and I am going to night night.

So far I have:
- The price of Torn City Times is still 50c in April 4th, 1941 and the torn URL is on the banner despite URL wasn't invented back then. The price also a little steep, but hey, it's Torn City after all
- There was an influx of price in Torn City Times to be $1 in May 13, 1979, however, it is a Sunday and not Wednesday as stated in the paper.

Go put in your own finding. Once I wake up and have the energy (or time) I'll scrutinise the Chronicle further.

For once I weather the forum and this is what I read. I am so heartbroken.
Rest in peace Trip.

Here's my story about him:
I know Trip from my first year of elim when I was new and I was scared of joining any faction because I didn't understand how faction work yet.
He invited me to Dark Heart and I was there for a while and he showed me how Torn works until I am comfortable with playing Torn.
I left Dark Heart to embark on maxing my reviving skill to 100 and I promised him I would be back. I am 98+ on my rev skill now and am looking forward to hitting that 100 soon and going back to goof with him and the gang.
I will still come back to honor him and fulfill my promise, but damn, it is heartwrenching knowing that he won't be there to welcome me back.

Looking for non-war faction, preferably heal faction because I want to max my rev skill for merit. My old faction was a heal faction but turned into an RW faction.
I am a chill player and I play for merit not serious.
