Nah, please sticky this and lock it for all future players to enjoy.
They clutter the "Main News" section, especially if a large faction is doing a lot of blackmails for the merits. Main news should be reserved for applications, leaves, money (giving) transactions, etc.

Title says it all. I get why it was added, but make it a changeable option by leader and add a blanket warning/rule that if you remove the 7 day protection you are on your own for any issues that happen.

Thank you for the kind words. My 15 year anniversary is on March 5th so still around to say goodbye and ensure a smooth transition with leadership in 39th. This game has been a big part of my life for a long time. I've spent countless hours escaping the real world on here, but the time has come I must dedicate that time to other things. I will miss most of you and have enjoyed the countless battles, laughs, and most importantly memes.

It was 100000% instated to reduce the work staff had to do to reverse the damage. While that's a perfectly valid reason, I don't need my hand held. That's also why I said add a warning (and maybe a cooldown) when you remove the co-leader 7 day limit.

Limit it to however many characters 2 lines are and 30 secs or even a full minute. I hate the spam there and just trying to buy a revive is painful these days.
