Granted, seemingly after waking up the next morning, you are no longer fat, and are the perfect weight for your height. After your massive weight loss, everyone wants to know your secret! You then are approached by a team of doctors that want to study you, at first you refuse but are then persuaded by a cash offer and promises of fame after they find out your secret. Over the course of the week you begin to be studied, poked and proded for for blood samples, organ tissue samples and anything else the doctors require 24/7. At the end of the week you've had enough and make an escape from the laboratory. Another week has passed and you've moved to a small town to lay low. You start to notice that you are beginning to be unhealthily skinny. You buy yourself a scale, you are now 55 pounds lighter than when you first lost all the weight! You assumed the continued weight loss to be from the stress of running away and laying low; so over the course of the next week you begin to gorge yourself on food, and weigh yourself again after the week is over. You are an additional 20 pounds lighter! You begin to freak out, and look at your body in the mirror. You look extremely malnourished almost just skin and bone. You decide to go back to the laboratory you escaped from the next day in hopes they will be able to help you. The next day will never come, you died overnight.

TL;DR Granted, no longer fat. No matter what you ate you continually lost weight till you withered away.
