This is one of my more serious posts. Being a troll is pointless if people get sick and die off in droves.

So I keep hearing there is a lot more activity ((Torn has been popping!)) and people joining due to COVID lockdowns. I guess in a small way this is a good thing. You guys keep playing Torn. Safe. Inside. Away from other people if at all possible because a lot of people wont believe COVID is dangerous until they rack up a life destroying hospital bill.

I just got off of a live stream with a coworker of mine to interview her. I will say I am in the USA down south.

I asked her some questions about her experience with it and it was very enlightening.
  • She didn't know she was possibly infected until she lost her sense of taste.
  • It was increasingly hard for her to get around the house without shortness of breath.
  • She passed out in her bathtub and finally went to get tested. She has been hospitalized for the last ten days.
  • It took her 2 days to get a hospital bed.
  • She is 31 years old. COVID is not an old people virus. It is an MRNA type virus that constantly evolves with each infection.
  • She was practicing social distancing and working from home like me.
  • The medicine they have to give her ((around the clock antibiotics)) literally wore out her veins to the extent where they are having a tough time finding usable veins.
  • Every other hour she has to take a nebulizer/inhaler, thankfully she is getting healthier.
  • The doctor came in during out live stream and admitted that everyone save for about 7 people where infected that there where no patterns to the infections. The entire hospital is full of COVID and they have a shortage of beds.
  • The doctor also stated it is worse this month than it has been before.
The next part concerned me more.
One of my friends who is a mortician hopped on the live stream.
  • Today alone she has embalmed 3 bodies from COVID related deaths.
  • This month she has prepped close to 500 bodies.
  • She said the cases that killed people all of them had lung purging. Fluid build up in the lungs, blood clots in the lungs, and fluid coming out of the eyes, nose, mouth.
  • She stated that there was a surprising amount of car accident victims that had tested positive for covid as Morticians are required to test all corpses to determine if the funeral is safe for families to attend.
  • She stated she has picked up as many as seven bodies in a day from hospitals.
  • She stated a lot of the people who got COVID where already infirm/weak, but there where a number of adults that appeared in good physical health who's lungs and internal organs where just as ravaged by this virus.
This is not a hoax.
This is not a Monday troll.

I am a troll.

I try to make mine more unique and negative though. I go out of my way to instigate problems between multiple players. Sometimes I will win in RR and bounty that player with their own money.

Other times I may attack a player over and over and say another player paid me to do it.

Its not easy committing to being a vile piece of shit every day, but every day I wake up wondering how I can make someone's day feel a little bit more like a Monday.
