Hi there,

I’m fully aware of the war/ranking changes being implemented today and over the past few days.

However, what I’m not happy about is my faction losing its full war ranking because we weren’t notified about the change.

I’m assuming this may have been due to the system changes and updates currently being implemented.

As you can see from my event notifications, there was no warning or notification about this at all.

The information was instead placed in the main faction news, without any notification pop-up or additional warning.

Unfortunately, this meant that we were unaware of the change and have now completely lost our ranking as a result.

I’ve included screenshots below showing the notifications I received for reference.

I completely understand that changes need to be made, but I feel there should have been a clearer notification or warning, particularly when the change can have such a significant impact on a faction’s ranking.

Thanks for taking the time to look into this. 🙂

Hi there Crimes are currently not working on mobile.

The crime page shows up as normal but if I click on one to do they currently display no option at all.

I'm using Google Chrome for the browser and Samsung mobile.

I've tried all the basic options listed below to try and fix this but none are working.

Fully closed and cleaned Chrome cache.

Logged in and out.

Reboot phone.

Tried using Samsung browser and not Chrome.

I've attached photos of the issue.

Hi there just got this issues a few moments ago, the plane / timer isn't show up at all while flying.

No scripts / torn toons are enabled, it's the same on Chrome/Brave and mobile.

Thanks.

Having some werid background display issues over the past few hours.

The entire background page seems to be bugged/broken and dosn't display on any pages.

Tried logging in and out, full cache clear / dns flush issue still here.

Fucking bring back 2.0 this new one is horrible, Why change something that isn't broken
