You need a huge amount of start-up money to actually make money. Unless you're a billionaire you won't earn much. The only thing that really hurts is the fact that it favors the rich, but isn't it the same everywhere? The full block prices doubling with every consecutive one is a good c*ckblock to stop people from overly abusing it. I think it's better than it used to be. Especially because even if you aren't a whale you can join in the fun instead of seeing every single stock being sold out the second the prices goes down.
