So my reason for saying BS over Activity is the fact that our faction was very active during the war, but we were quite literally stuck. The few players we couldn't hosp on their side were constantly on us, there was little chance to even group attack because we only had seconds to make a move.

Having participated in one, I can tell you that activity levels don't mean much. It's all about the stats. So for younger factions with weaker players. I don't know if it's worth using all that e, instead of training it. It's cool and all to have some new game play features but I still feel like I can't give my full opinion on it until it's totally broken in.
