Currently, there is no way to see how many weapons others have at 100% XP. You can tell if they have at least 25 if they're displaying the Specialist honor bar, but it'd be nice to see how many people continue to push past the 25 you need for the merit.
My suggestion: create a personal stat under the attacking category that displays how many weapons you have mastered (at 100% XP).
I don't believe there's any reason to hide this stat from others since it cannot be used to gain any advantage. Even if you know a person you're fighting has mastered many weapons, you can't tell whether they're currently using the weapons they have at 100% XP.
Additionally, there could be a new title added for weapons mastered. I was initially going to suggest Specialist for the title, but that's the name of the merit, so maybe weaponologist would be better? I'm open to suggestions here.
However, if people are against adding new titles since avenger was just released, I'd be content with just getting the stat added.
What do others think of this stat? Are there any possible downsides to having this displayed publicly that I missed?
I don't think this has been suggested on the forums before after a quick look through them, though the forum search is incredibly tedious to use, so I may have missed it (perhaps another suggestion for another time).
Additional Suggestions:

Fun first push Neon, not the longest first push we've had (I think our opening push against Solitary Pronto lasted close to 30 minutes), but still exciting nontheless
OCs are pooled for level 7s/8s. 65+ for Blast besides Muscle which is 70+, same with Break the Bank except Thief 2/Muscle 3 which is 70+.
August was not too bad for us, but there was a period of time in June where our OC payout was in the gutter because we repeatedly failed a series of level 7s/8s, then we were completely shot on Scope and had to do Windows because I couldn't spawn a Blast for the life of me.
Again, it's all luck, but scope is a system that compounds bad luck.
I think everyone can agree that scope is a garbage system and is only there to cap how much a faction can make (in the most frustrating way possible).
Honestly something even as small as getting back some scope on OC fails would be a big improvement. If you fail a bunch of OCs because you're unlucky, and you spawn a bunch of Windows because you're unlucky again, you're shit out of luck and you have to claw back whatever scope you can from a shitty payout OC.
