I saw the Events page rebuild announcement and now I am getting this messages when I go to Events: "unable to fetch user events, limit is reached". Is it just me or does anyone else get this?

I was part of a discussion on our Faction Discord help channel and got some valuable advice from Eternity about Education courses. I found it very valuable so I’m sharing a summary.
Once you complete all the education courses you will have a decent chunk of stats. BTW a Bachelors in General Studies increases the gains you get from all further courses taken. Very noteworthy!
But always first (or as soon as possible) study Introduction to Biochemistry followed by Intravenous Therapy to use blood bags.
When it comes to education, look at the bonuses applied by the bachelors and see which ones you want to focus on first.
Here is a brief overview on the bachelor’s degrees of the branches of study available:
General studies - more stats gained from education courses.
History - unlocks the museum, and unlocks available city finds as you go through the courses.
Biology - unlocks injectable temps, gains more medical item effectiveness, gains slight higher damage to throat, and unlocks the pharmacy.
Business - helps run a company.
Combat training - unlocks weapon experience.
Computer science - unlocks viruses and now the ability to overclock on cracking crime.
Health and fitness - passive bonuses to Battle Stats.
Law - increase bonus to busting skill and reduced nerve when breaking or busting out of jail plus reduced bail fees.
Mathematics - reduced ammo usage and passive Battle Stats.
Psychology - increased passive Battle Stats and crime skill progression bonus.
Self-defence - passive Battle Stats gains, a new method of attacking and increased damage with fist attacks.
Sports science - increased gym gains, passive Battle Stat boost and unlocking steroids and the sports shop.
Buy stocks in West Side University that reduces the education time by an additional 10%. The stock costs 91M. Expensive but worth it.

Here is what I have learned about company addiction and how I managed it before becoming a director. You can check your addiction on the employee's tab of the company.
An employee's addiction gets updated about 15 minutes after Close of Business at 18H00 TCT. Each drug you take adds points to your addiction score (1 Xanax = 35). Natural decay (-20 points) and rehab (I think it is -100%) are subtracted.
To keep your addiction low when stacking for a 1000 Energy, I found it best to pop the first Xanax at around 11H15 TCT. Your drug cooldown should end around the time your addiction score gets updated. Wait for the update if needed. Pop the next Xanax, wait for cooldown and repeat twice more. This should leave you enough time to get to Switzerland and rehab before the next update of your addiction score.
And yes, for my time zone I have to set an alarm for ±03H00 (stupid'o'clock) to pop Xanax #3. So, one of them will be inconvenient but I found it worth the effort when I worked for directors that were strict on addiction.
