Got a mission form Duke to send an unwanted package to someone. But inside I need to put something gross. Duke mentioned: It could be dog poop, used tissues, roadkill what someone interfered with, anything gross

I can't seem to find these item anywhere?
What else is gross?

I've sent multiple items to target and it isn't completing mission. Is there a way I need to do something special to package it first?

I received a medium level mission (duke's safe code mission) to defeat an opponent who has over 10x my combat stats. Want to verify if this should be possible as it seems unusually difficult or nearly impossible to accomplish.
