First of all, I'd sell everything I have on me right now e.g phone, etc.
Then, I go togoogle ads, then post some random ads, preferably penis enlargening ads, arousing game ads, TORN ads, etc. literally any ad. BUT make the ad go to this when you click it, so that people are annoyed. Rinse and repeat. Put more money into the system to get more views on ads, and therefore more clicks.
This random person called TheKnight sent me 3 diamond bladed knives and 8 lead pipes. When I came back from flying, it said I only had 1 diamond bladed knife (along with 1 from faction).
This must be a bug, because the event said 3 diamond bladed knives, while I only got 1.

First of all, I'd assume you are talking about natural causes of death, such as old age. Since I will be killing (reducing) the population, they aren't immortal, I'd assume.
Alright, so what I'd first do is create a virus. But, it would be a strange virus in that it won't kill people, but it will stop people from having children (make women infertile). I wouldn't do it to everyone, but perhaps to half of the population. The key here is that a lot of people die from unnatural causes, such as road accidents. If I could see what percentage of people die from unnatural causes, then I can adjust my virus so that the population will go down no matter what (so lets say 20% of people die from unnatural causes, then I make my virus so that 80% of women become infertile). This will guarantee that the population goes down, while being discreet, as nobody would assume it was a virus that caused this mass infertility.
EDIT: the infertility idea might be similar to XGCeasar, buthe mentinoed specifically children, while I said making everyone, including adults, go infertile. Also, my idea is a virus, so more people would unintentionally get it, while XGCeasar's idea is a vaccine, which means you don't know if everyone would like one.

I am a restart player, and I found it tough to restart. I realised that the number 1 reason I failed in my previous account was that I was a total dick, and second of all, I had no gym stats. So, with the help from my friends, I have taken quite a bit of xanax (like 15 I think), but I've had a bad day in casino recently, and I think that I cannot afford to buy xanax anymore. I'd like to request either a power levelling kit (3 xanax) or a small happy jump kit (the 2 edvds, ecstacy and 2 xanax) which will perhaps help me change who I was previously, and start working through goals.
I also need to level up very quickly, because at the moment, I'm kicked out of my education and my drug addiction levels are moderate, reducing my battle stats by 15%.
Also, for references, look at my profile. My networth graph shows a huge decline (from about 130m to like dirt poor) in a few days, which was when I had my bad day in casino. Also, the xanax taken would show you that I am working hard to acieve gym stats.
