Currently one of the failures for the Drive-By Assassination crime hospitalizes another player at random. The problem is that it picks a player from the the vast fields containing tens of thousands of inactive accounts.

This isn't nearly funny enough.

Make it specifically pick an active player.

Pretty simple, sometimes when you fail a drive-by shooting crime, you'll hospitalize yourself and another player. It would be much more impactful if the other player you hospitalized was currently active.

The idea of setting it as defense so that there's a chance you'll shoot yourself to death is hilarious.
