Warriors of Midgard is a new faction looking for new players, or players that are coming back after a bit of down time. We are currently working on the Steadfast Branch to increase Gym gains.

We are currently working on increasing our chain max to 50. We are also running a competition for the month of July, and most likely again in the future for number of hits contributing to a chain.

I used candy until my booster cool down maxed out. I watched my happiness rise from the inventory message for each use, but when I trained I noticed no bonus. I checked my happiness meter and it never actually rose.
appears to be connected to a connectivity issue, as when I went to say WTF in faction chat, it wouldn’t post, and said I was trying to connect to the server.
I am the co-leader of a relatively new faction, and we have decided on trying to get our faction tag done. I don’t have much in the way of funds to put into it, but I thought maybe someone here would be willing to help us out.

So. I was sitting at home after a long day at work, and finishing one of my recent LitRPG novels. It got me thinking about the old MUD games I used to play online. So, I started searching around online for a new text-based RPG to get into. I ended up finding TORN, found out it had an app I could throw on my tablet, and well.. the rest they say is history.
I threw myself into the game with no knowledge of what I was doing, and every intention of making mistakes and doing the best I could to learn from them. My first day in I was propositioned into buying “plushies” of all things. He wanted to buy them from me afterwards so I could make 45,000$. I immediately called BS as I couldn’t imagine a stuffed animal would make me any money. It wasn’t long after that the tutorial sent me into the City and the Item Market therein. And to my surprise, the citizens of Torn apparently had a fetish for cotton filled animals. I made 50,000$ plus selling the plushies myself that day on the market.
I kept selling plushies every day. Assuming I was making a fortune, and doing pretty well for myself. I had a job in the military, and I had high hopes for my future in Torn. I started performing petty crimes, and took to shoplifting immediately. As I have always had a sweet tooth I went for stealing chocolates, and soon found out a big box of chocolate was worth 3,500$ each on the market. I stole hundreds of boxes of chocolate and was selling them on the item market. I thought I was rolling in the money. Then, it happened. Someone mugged me right after I sold all of my Chocolate. I was hurt, bleeding out in the Torn City hospital, thousands of dollars poorer and disabled for the next 4 hours.
This lead me to the realization that I needed friends, and so I set out in search of a Faction that would have my back. I ended up joining a faction named Candor, that offered me 200,000$ to join. I figured it would get me a new house, which at the time didn’t know was so important. I spent the next few days chatting and helping out with Organized Crime, until one of the members who had helped me the most said they had been betrayed by the leader and was going to set out on their own. So, I hit the road again with my new friend partypanda and took a leap of faith, joining the “KaBloom” squad on a new journey.
I got a new job at a Candy Shop, since I found out stealing candy wasn’t the most efficient way to increase nerve.
I found out that Happiness was very important for gym gains, and trust me... I need the extra muscle these days. So I went out and rented a Mansion.
I have started moving in a direction I think will lead me into the dreams I have for starting my own business. I own my own Flock of chickens at home, and as funny as it sounds, I want to start a Farm. I have read into starting a business, and it has been mildly overwhelming realizing how much it is going to cost me. Regardless, it is my goal.
So, every day I wake up. Gym, Steal Jackets, Gym, Forums, Steal Jackets, Gym. Doing what I can to save up enough to start what I hope will be one of the best Farms in Torn City.
